I SALES OFFICER IN INTERNATIONAL ROAD HAULAGE (several employees) (m/f)
Job duties:

• Contact buyers on daily basis
• Write proposals for transport services
• Monitor transport service provision
• Make calculations
• Track costs
• Prepare and manage documentation related to transportation

Job requirements:

• University degree/Associate degree (preferably Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering or Faculty of Economics)
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in at least one foreign language (preferably German or Italian)
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Relevant work experience not required
• Ability to make immediate and sensible decisions and willingness to seek the best solutions
• Driver’s licence (category B)
• Certificate of good conduct

II DISPATCHER IN INTERNATIONAL ROAD HAULAGE (several employees) (m/f)
Job duties:

• Dispatch and monitor the activities of drivers and vehicles
• Monitor vehicle use indicators
• Track costs
• Prepare and control transport documentation

Job requirements:

• Minimum requirement: high school diploma (vocational school of traffic engineering)
• Knowledge of legal regulations related to international haulage
• Relevant work experience not required
• Speaking and writing skills in at least one foreign language
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Driver’s licence (category B)
• Certificate of good conduct

III ACCOUNTING CLERK (apprentice) (m/f)
Job duties

• Maintain accounting records
• General ledger bookkeeping and drawing up financial statements
• Invoice processing
• Annual statement of assets and liabilities

Job requirements:

• University degree (Faculty of Economics, major: Accountancy)
• Basic accounting skills
• Analytical skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Certificate of good conduct

IV COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER IN INTERNATIONAL ROAD HAULAGE (several employees) (m/f)
Job duties:

• Perform dispatch job duties related to vehicle loading in an accurate and timely manner
• Manage assets and goods carefully during the transportation process
• Adhere to regulations related to public and international transport
• Control transport documentation

Job requirements:

• Qualified driver (categories B, C, E)
• A minimum of two years experience in driving commercial motor vehicles in international road haulage (preferably reefer trailers)
• Knowledge of legal regulations related to international transport
• Competence in at least one foreign language
• Certificate of good conduct

V LOGISTICS CENTRE MANAGER (m/f)
Job duties:

• Manage employees
• Organise warehouse operations
• Manage stocks
• Draw up annual business plan
• Set up a regular and timely reporting system

Job requirements:

• High school diploma or Associate / University degree in Economics)
• A minimum of five years of relevant work experience
• Computer literacy
• Driver’s licence (category B)

VI WAREHOUSE MANAGER (m/f)
Job duties

• Organise and monitor warehouse operations
• Manage stocks
• Carry out administration work

Job requirements:

• Minimum requirement: high school diploma
• A minimum of five years of relevant work experience
• Computer literacy
• Driver’s licence (category B)

VII WAREHOUSE WORKER (m/f)
Job duties:

• Perform all activities related to reception and processing of shipments according to instructions (loading and unloading, reception, commissioning)
• Responsible for stock control

Job requirements:

• High school diploma
• A minimum of five years of relevant work experience
• Qualified fork-lift driver
• Capability of repetitive heavy lifting
