Ralu Logistika: Company Background

The RALU brand has existed on the Croatian market for twenty years and is a synonym for a reliable and high-quality transport business.

The company is owned by Luka Rajić, who, supported by his close associates, made his first big entrepreneurial investment in 1990 by establishing RALU, a company providing transportation services. Excellent business performance and highly professional team soon helped the company assume a leading role in the region.

After the company’s ownership structure changed, Luka Rajić reserved the right to use the RALU brand and, again supported by his key associates, re-established the company in 2009, now offering both transportation and integrated cold chain logistics services (warehousing and distribution) on the territory of the Republic of Croatia and neighbouring countries. In 2010 RALU logistika expanded its business activities by establishing a subsidiary in Serbia, soon followed by subsidiaries in Slovenia and Hungary. RALU logistika currently employs 65 employees (36 employees are qualified drivers in possession of the Certificate of Professional Competence in International Road Haulage Operations).

Our fleet currently comprises 30 fully-equipped, ultra-modern vehicles composed of two units:

• MAN, VOLVO and MERCEDES trucks with EURO V compliant engines meeting high European environmental standards, and
• SCHMITZ semi-trailers equipped for transport of special cargo under temperature-controlled conditions.

Before the end of 2010 Ralu logistika will own 100 vehicles providing a complete cold chain service.Back
